A person can participate only once in the competition as per the rules. To participate in Console Spots Contest, the participant must be 21 years of age. A participant is qualified to participate himself and no other third party is eligible to partake. Using an automated sweepstakes entry service is not eligible and Console Spots would not accept it.
The Console Spots participation is completely free and is of no cost of charge. The contestants can participate in the competition by filling out the form and giving their respective details. Once the details are received, we’ll post you with a confirmation email. The winners will be chosen at random by the organizers and notified if they happen to win the contest.
For participating, we would require all participants to provide us with their personal information, like first name, last name, age, phone number, email ID, date of birth and the address. A participant is requested to give us an accurate data about their personal information.
The contenders of Consolespots have the chance to win iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max. For the winners, the prizes would be delivered to their address. The winners for this competition will be chosen at random. We will be sending out the prize to the winners addresses only; any transfer of prize to the third party is excluded by the organizers. The winner will be first notified via mail and the prize will be sent to the respective address provided by the contestant. If the prize is failed to be delivered at the address given, three times, within 5 working days, the prize will be fortified by the organization.
At Consolespots, the competition is schedule to happen once every year. The winner of the competition is also annually chosen.
The contestants are required to give an honest and complete specification of the data asked by Consolespots.
Violation of any conditions of participations or manipulation can result into exclusion of individual participant from the contest by the organizers. The prize claims are non-transferrable.
Consolespots has the rights to discard a contestant if he/she offends a common decency and seems to be illegal or irrelevant. There is a possibility to face the consequences of providing wrong address or information. The prizes will be first notified to the contender via mail and then sent to their respective address.
